Proposed redistricting upsets BG parents

BOWLING GREEN, OH (Toledo News Now)- Bowling Green parents are upset and concerned over proposed redistricting, stemming from the closing of one elementary school.

Parents say they are not only upset about the redistricting, but about the way the school board handled it.

"We had no idea that our children that were currently in a school would be moving," said Penny O'Connell.

Parents, teachers and concerned residents filled the school board meeting Tuesday night to speak their mind on the proposed boundary map.
