BG Convention and Visitors Bureau to host 5th annual ‘Be a Tourist in Your Own Town’ Sept. 17 | Community Spirit

On September 17th the Bowling Green Convention & Visitors Bureau will be hosting the 5th annual “Be a Tourist in your Own Town.”  The event encourages community members and invites visitors to experience all of the attractions, parks, restaurants and retail that Bowling Green area has to offer. 

This year’s event is taking place over BGSU’s Family Weekend offering guests a wide range of activities to participate in.  Many of the venues indicated on the guide are free to enter or offer a reduced entry fee, many of which will have special offers, refreshments, entertainment, and door prizes.

The hours of this event are to be determined by each venue, which will be printed in the tourist guide published in the Sentinel-Tribune on Wednesday, September 14th.  The tourist guide will also be available at each participating venue and the CVB office at 119 E.
