Two juveniles arrested for burglary in Bowling Green | Crime
BOWLING GREEN, OH (Toledo News Now) - Bowling Green Police arrested two 17-year-old males and charged them with burglary Wednesday.
Police were working with the Wood County Sheriff’s Office after four suspects fled from a stolen vehicle on Gorell Road near Mitchell Road Wednesday morning. While investigating police received a tip of two suspicious males standing near a business on Bowling Green Road. When police arrived, the two minors were taken into custody for questioning in the stolen vehicle case.
Once the two were in custody, police received a report of a burglary in the area. Police found evidence at the scene of the arrest to indicate the two minors were involved in the burglary. The suspects were subsequently charged with burglary and taken to the Wood County Juvenile Detention Center.
The stolen vehicle case remains under investigation by the Wood County Sheriff’s Office.
