First Annual Fashion Show raises scholarship funds to benefit local women

The Women's Club of Bowling Green, the Bowling Green Zonta Club and the American Association of University Women, Bowling Green Branch have joined forces with Downtown Bowling Green for the Fashion, Food and Fine Art scholarship luncheon during this year’s Art Walk.

Wendy’s restaurants join ISOH/IMPACT to help victims in Japan

The Bowling Green Wendy’s Restaurants have joined ISOH/IMPACT to help provide relief to victims of the earthquake and tsunami disaster in Japan.

Bowling Green Wendy’s Restaurants will serve as collection points for first aid items and cash contributions through Sunday, April 17. Those who are interested in helping are encouraged to give items to fill a bucket as part of the Bucket Brigade, a program created by ISOH/IMPACT. A list of items needed in Japan is below.
